Ento Learn: introducing our new knowledge base and community.

As a user of the Ento platform you now have access to learn.ento.ai – our very own knowledge base and community that is your source for learning how to navigate the platform and which allows you to meet others who work on reducing energy consumption in their building portfolio.

Providing an enhanced user experience.

Ento’s Customer Success and Community Manager Maria Bennedsgaard has spent the past few months talking to customers, researching online communities, taking countless screenshots, and doing voice-overs for how-to video guides. The result is Ento Learn – a learning universe dedicated to enhancing the user experience for everybody using Ento. Users can access knowledge but also contribute with their own experience to help others or have discussions about all things energy optimisation. So far, the platform is only available in Danish but an English version is already under way.

What is Ento Learn?

The main features of the knowledge base and community include:

Knowledge base

If you have questions about how to connect your data, how to understand your energy consumption or if you would like to know how you can take your work with Ento to the next level by using additional functionalities, this is the place to go.
In the knowledge base you will find answers to the most common questions, how-to videos, and further insights that will help you improve your buildings’ energy consumption.

Webinars

A subsection of the knowledge base is dedicated to previous webinars that are available to watch for free. In the future, our webinars will be hosted via learn.ento.ai.

Community section

The idea behind the community is to allow our customers to learn from each other in order to speed up the reduction of energy consumption and thus CO2 emissions. Maybe you ran into an issue that a fellow energy manager can help you solve? With the community section we also want to encourage debates on energy consumption and give our customers a space to share their cases and success stories with peers.

Product section

There is always room for improvement. Hence, we are always open for feedback or ideas for how to make our product better. So don’t hesitate to share your input with us via the product section.
The product section is also where we will keep you up to date about changes and updates on the platform – so make sure to check in once in a while.

Ento Learn is now accessible to everyone

The Danish and the English version can now automatically be accessed by anyone who is a user of the updated Ento platform. If you are not registered on our platform, you can still join our community and access the knowledge base by creating a user account.
