In a newly constructed student residence, AAB Aarhus identified unusually high return temperatures. Although the building was only two years old, Ento’s District Heating Advisor flagged an inefficiency that would have otherwise gone unnoticed.

A manual inspection revealed the issue: two radiators and a towel heater were disrupting system performance. After addressing these and introducing a routine to rebalance installations during tenant move-outs, return temperatures dropped significantly to below 30°C.

The result: district heating costs fell by 156%, saving AAB Aarhus 25,631 DKK annually.

Without Ento, this hidden inefficiency would likely have continued to generate unnecessary costs.
